Use:

• Diffuse 4-6 drops in water in a hydrosonic diffuser to add the benefits of essential oil to the air you breathe.
• Apply topically: To support the body's ability to combat germs, dilute in a carrier oil (like almond or coconut oil) and rub on hands, bottoms of the feet, and lymph node areas (such as the neck and under arms). This can be done a few times a day. See dilution rates, below.

Dilution Rates:

• 0.5% for Infants (0-24 months): 1 drop of essential oil for every 2 teaspoons (or, 10 ml) of a carrier oil such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil.
• 1% dilution rate (Children ages 2+, and adults): 3 drops of essential oil for every 2 teaspoons (or, 10 ml) of a carrier oil such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil.
